论提升民办高等职业院校人才培养质量的途径--以郑州信息工程职业学院为例

摘　　要：当前,国家高度重视职业教育发展,并进一步明确了职业教育和普通教育是两种不同类型的高等教育,两者没有高低之分。同时,政府也相继出台了多项鼓励校企融合的政策,推动了职业教育与产业发展紧密对接、深度融合。为了践行提高人才培养质量的使命,为兴办学生高兴、企业满意、家长放心、教工幸福、政府支持的现代高等教育贡献力量,文章以郑州信息工程职业学院为例,结合该校的基本情况和人才培养现状,从加强高校的党建工作、构建三位一体的育人模式、文化育人、不断提升教工的幸福感四个方面深入阐述了民办高职院校提升人才培养质量的途径。At present,the state attaches great importance to the development of vocational education,and further clarifies that vocational education and general education are two different types of higher education,and there is no difference between them.At the same time,the government has also issued a number of policies to encourage the integration of schools and enterprises,promoting the close connection and deep integration of vocational education and industrial development.In order to practice the mission of improving the quality of personnel training and contribute to the establishment of modern higher education,which is happy for students,satisfied by enterprises,reassured by parents,happy for teachers and workers,and supported by the government.Taking Zhengzhou Information Engineering Vocational College as an example,combined with the basic situation and the current situation of personnel training,the college should strengthen the party building work of the college,build a trinity education model,educate people through culture and constantly improve the happiness of teachers and workers.These four aspects are elaborated to improve the quality of personnel training in private vocational colleges.
