摘  要:利用响应面法优化红松子油微胶囊的制备工艺,并建立脂肪肝模型,研究其结合有氧运动对大鼠脂肪肝的影响。结果表明:红松子油微胶囊的制备工艺条件为乳化剂添加量2.05%、壁芯材质量比6.35∶1、固形物含量18.89%,此时红松子油微胶囊包埋率为82.30%。大鼠实验表明,红松子油微胶囊对大鼠脂肪肝有很好的干预作用,TC、CHOL、ALT、AST 4个水平均有明显的降低,并且结合有氧运动两者的效果要优于单一效果。Response surface methodology was used to optimize the preparation process of red pine oil microcapsules,and fatty liver model was established to study the effect of combined aerobic exercise on fatty liver in rats.The results showed that the preparation conditions of red pine oil microcapsules were 2.05%of emulsifier,6.35∶1 of wall core material and 18.89%of solid substance.At this time,the embedding rate of red pine oil microcapsules was 82.30%.The experiment of rats showed that the red pine oil microcapsule had a good intervention effect on fatty liver of rats,and the levels of TC,CHOL,ALT and AST were significantly reduced,and the effect of combined aerobic exercise was better than single effect.
