高校传承和发展地方传统文化的对策思考

摘　　要：素有“文都”之誉的桐城市是座历史文化名城,拥有丰富的地方传统文化。桐城师专根据学校发展定位,将桐城文化的传承与发展融入到学校的人才培养方案中,并通过成立桐城派研究中心、编写桐城文化的系列教材、开设相关课程和开展丰富的文化传承活动等方式传承桐城优秀文化,以传播桐城文化、扩大桐城文化的社会影响为己任,在弘扬和发展桐城文化方面起到举足轻重的作用。As the“Capital of Culture”,Tongcheng is a famous historical and cultural city with rich local traditions.According to the orientation of the school development,Tongcheng Teachers College integrates the inheritance and development of Tongcheng Culture into its talent training program.At the same time,it inherits the excellent Tongcheng culture by establishing the research center of Tongcheng school,compiling a series of related teaching materials,offering relevant courses and carrying out a lot of cultural inheriting activities.Those measures can spread Tongcheng culture and expand its social influence.The school plays an important role in promoting and developing Tongcheng culture.
