摘  要:加工中心的优越性能否充分发挥取决于相关人员的水平。在调研的基础上梳理当前影响人才培养质量的因素:首先在于企业的人才理念、培训措施和工资待遇亟待纠正;其次是职业教育的职前教育质量不高,特别是在顶岗实习阶段,职业教育体系不完整,缺乏面向在岗职工的职后培训能力;再者,就是社会环境造成的负面影响。在分析影响因素的基础上,提出有针对性的改进策略。The superiority of machining center(MC)depends on the level of the relevant personnel.On the basis of investigation,the current factors affecting the quality of talent training are sorted out.Firstly,the enterprise’s talent concept,training measures and salary are in urgent need of correction.Secondly,the quality of pre-service education is not high,especially in the period of on-the-job practice,the vocational education system is not complete,and the ability of post-service training for on-the-job workers is lacking.Thirdly,there are the negative effects of the social environment.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors,this paper puts forward some targeted improvement strategies.
