摘 要:目的回顾性分析总结互动式教学查房法对中医规培医师临床思维能力的影响。方法 109名中医肺病一部住院部轮转的规培医师,根据教学查房方法不同分为对照组(49名)和实验组(60名)。实验组医师参加了互动式教学查房,对照组医师参加了传统教学查房。比较两组医师的临床考试成绩,分析互动式教学查房参与次数对中医辨证能力的影响。结果实验组体格检查、辅助判读、方药掌握、病历分析、出科考试成绩、病历成绩、出科综合成绩评分分别为(31.48±2.63)、(8.60±0.56)、(13.30±0.72)、(13.47±0.72)、(89.68±4.09)、(94.62±2.21)、(93.41±2.09)分,均高于对照组的(28.51±4.90)、(7.86±0.68)、(12.45±1.04)、(12.37±0.99)、(82.26±6.73)、(92.80±2.04)、(91.53±3.45)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同的互动教学查房次数导致辨证论治得分不同(F=71.072, P<0.05);采用SNK法对实验组医师的中医辨证能力进行分析,参加1、2、3、4次互动式教学查房的得分分别为71.8000、81.6000、88.8571、96.1250分;参与查房次数越多,分数越高(P<0.05)。结论互动式教学查房可以提高中医规培医师临床思维能力,加强规培医师临床基本功底,提高中医辨证论治的能力,明显改善教学质量。Objective To retrospectively analyze the effect of interactive teaching rounds on clinical thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine standardized training doctors.Methods A total of 109 traditional Chinese medicine standardized training doctors were divided into control group(49 doctors)and experimental group(60 doctors)according to different teaching rounds methods.The experimental group participated in the interactive teaching rounds,while the control group participated in the traditional teaching rounds.The clinical examination results of the two groups was compared,the influence of the number of participation in interactive teaching rounds on the ability of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation was analyzed.Results Physical examination,assisted interpretation,mastery of prescriptions,medical history analysis,examination results,medical records,and comprehensive scores of the experimental group were(31.48±2.63),(8.60±0.56),(13.30±0.72),(13.47±0.72),(89.68±4.09),(94.62±2.21),(93.41±2.09)points were higher than(28.51±4.90),(7.86±0.68),(12.45±1.04),(12.37±0.99),(82.26±6.73),(92.80±2.04),(91.53±3.45)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Different interactive teaching rounds led to different scores in syndrome differentiation(F=71.072,P<0.05).The SNK method was used to analyze the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation ability of the doctors in the experimental group.The scores of the doctors who participated in the 1,2,3,and 4 interactive rounds were 71.8000,81.6000,88.8571,and 96.1250 points respectively.The more participation in the rounds,the higher the score(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive teaching rounds can improve the clinical thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine doctors,strengthen their basic clinical skills,improve the ability of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment,and significantly improve the quality of teaching.
