摘　　要：创业激情是推动创业进程必不可少的因素,始终贯穿于创业者的创业过程之中。本研究以创业激情作为核心主题和研究对象,通过可视化的社会网络分析方法,构建关键词网络,刻画出创业激情研究的发展状况。通过回顾创业激情现有研究内容,梳理了创业激情的基本内涵以及创业激情的影响机制。研究发现,创业激情的研究正处于兴起阶段,正在被越来越多的学者关注,研究的广度在不断扩大。在个体层面,创业激情的内涵、成分、测量的研究已较为丰富,创业激情的影响及作用机制的研究逐渐将理论阐述和实证检验相结合。在团队和组织层面,创业激情的内涵、成分得到了初步的探索,但尚未成熟,特别是关于如何有效地测量团队创业激情和组织创业激情缺乏相关研究。与此同时,未来研究也有必要深入挖掘和探讨团队与组织层面创业激情的影响及作用机制。Entrepreneur passion is an indispensable factor in entrepreneurship,and it is rooted in the whole entrepreneurship.This research considers entrepreneurial passion as core topic and research object.And we construct the key words network of entrepreneurial passion through social network analysis,which describes the development of entrepreneurial passion research.We review the extent literature of entrepreneurial passion,in order to provide an overview over the relative content and influence mechanism of entrepreneurial passion.The results show that there are multiple researches about the definition,the facts and measurements adopted of entrepreneurial passion in individual level.But few studies that have explored that in team/organizational level.There are few studies explore what factors drive entrepreneurial passion.There are majority studies that focus on the influence and mechanism of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneur themselves.There are very little researches on the influence of entrepreneurial passion on employee/team/organization.Furthermore,it is necessary to dig and study the influence and mechanism of entrepreneurial passion in team or organizational level in the future research.
