摘 要:提出一种包含压缩因子及模拟退火算子的改进型粒子群算法,弥补了常规PSO算法的缺点。同时,提出一种改进型的二自由度PID控制器,并用改进的二自由度PID控制器替换薄膜张力控制系统中的常规PID控制器。仿真结果表明:改进方法具有优良的控制效果及鲁棒性,可以更好地满足吹膜机塑料薄膜张力控制系统参数复杂多变的生产环境。An improved particle swarm algorithm including compression factor and simulated annealing operator is proposed to make up for the shortcomings of conventional PSO algorithm. At the same time, an improved two-degreeof-freedom PID controller is proposed, and the improved two-degree-of-freedom PID controller is used to replace the conventional PID controller in the film tension control system. The simulation results show that the improved method has excellent control effect and robustness, and can better meet the complex and changeable production environment of the plastic film tension control system of the film blowing machine.
