摘　　要：目的:探讨死亡与并发症病例讨论会(mortality and morbidity conferences,M&M Cs,双M会议)在口腔颌面肿瘤专业临床教学中的应用效果。方法:本研究于第四军医大学口腔医院颌面肿瘤科开展,每月初第一周以PPT汇报的形式举行双M会议。通过对发生不良事件病例的回顾、分析,查找问题,总结解决办法,进而提升医护人员业务水平。结果:通过开展双M会议,提升了各级医师的临床经验和业务水平,显著降低了临床不良事件发生率。结论:双M会议是加强口腔颌面肿瘤科住院医师临床教学效果,提升医疗质量的良好方式。Objective:To study the effects of Mortality and morbidity conferences(double-M conferences,M&M Cs)in clinical teaching of oral maxillofacial head and neck oncology.Methods:This study was conducted in the Department of Oral Maxillofacial Oncology,Stomatological Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University.M&M Cs were held in the form of PPT presentation in the first week of each month.Through the review and analysis of adverse event cases,check the problems and summarize the solutions,so as to improve the professional level of medical staff.Results:The clinical experience and professional level of resident physicians were improved and the incidence of clinical adverse events was reduced.Conclusion:The M&M Cs can strengthen the clinical teaching effects and improve the medical quality of resident physicians in oral maxillofacial oncology department.
