摘　　要：《格致汇编》是中国第一份科技期刊,致力于传播西方科技知识。主编傅兰雅以专文、游记、趣闻、问答等多种形式介绍西方教育,尤重科技教育。这些教育信息对中国近代教育产生深远影响,具体表现为:第一次介绍西方教育学知识,为科学教育作了理论宣传;大力推介西方教育理念,为西学教育提供门径;着力引介美国初等教育及职业教育,为全面导入美国教育作了铺垫。The Chinese Scientific and Industrial Magazine was China’s first periodical of science and technology, whose aim was to disseminate western scientific and technological knowledge. John Fryer, its editor, took such ways as disquisitions, travel notes, anecdotes and questions and answers to introduce western education, especially the education of science and technology. The educational information had a profound impact on modern China’s education. Firstly, it presented western pedagogical knowledge, which was a theoretical publicity for science education. Secondly, it made great efforts to introduce western educational ideals, which provided a path for the education of western knowledge. Thirdly, it concentrated on the introduction of American primary and vocational education, which made good preparation for the comprehensive introduction of American education.
