摘 要:本文主要探究含铬革屑在利用草酸预处理后的提胶工艺,其主要探究的实验因素为:酸法制备工业明胶的提胶温度、提胶时间、液比以及溶液的pH。并通过比较在不同实验条件下所得成品工业明胶的黏度和得率来确定最佳的制备工艺。其工艺为:酸法制备工业明胶的提胶温度为90℃、提胶时间为8 h、液比为6、pH为9。在此提胶的工艺条件下,其成品工业明胶的黏度为13 mPa·s、得率为58%。This article mainly explored the extraction technology of chrome-containing leather shavings after pretreatment with oxalic acid.The main experimental factors explored were as follows:the acid extraction temperature,extraction time,liquid ratio and solution pH of industrial gelatin.And by comparing the viscosity and yield of the finished industrial gelatin obtained under different experimental conditions,the best preparation process was determined.The process was the acid extraction temperature for preparing industrial gelatin was 90℃,the extraction time was 8h,the liquid ratio was 6,and the pH was 9.Under the process conditions of this gel extraction,the viscosity of the finished industrial gelatin was 13 mPa·s,and the yield was 58%.
