摘  要:少数民族学前双语教育的研究涉及政策、功能、师资、教材与课程、模式与体系、质量等诸多维度和方面。从政策维度来看,当前我国已逐渐在中央和地方政府两个层面上建立健全了少数民族学前双语教育政策体系,为深入推进少数民族学前双语教育提供了政策依据。从功能维度来看,少数民族学前双语教育的功能广泛表现在社会生活的各个方面,具有重要的政治、经济、教育、文化和融合等功能。从师资维度来看,少数民族学前双语教育师资在数量、结构、能力水平和专业化发展等方面还存在一些问题,亟待加强相关师资的培养培训。从教材与课程资源维度来看,已然建构了国家课程、地方课程和校本课程相结合的教材与课程资源体系,增进了教材和课程资源与少数民族传统文化、各民族幼儿身心发展特点及生活实际的契合度。从教育模式与体系维度来看,少数民族学前双语教育模式的选择要因地因校因民族而异,并充分运用现代信息技术手段构建学前双语教育体系。从教育质量维度来看,要把提高少数民族学前双语教育质量作为一个复杂的系统工程,秉持多点发力和协同推进的工作理念与方式。从整体上看,具有中国特色的少数民族学前双语教育话语体系、学科体系和学术体系的创建成效已初步显现。The research on pre-school bilingual education for ethnic minorities involves many dimensions and aspects,such as policy,function,teachers,teaching materials and curriculum,model and system,quality and so on.From the perspective of policy,China has gradually established a policy system of pre-school bilingual education for ethnic minorities at both central and local levels,which provides a policy basis for further promoting pre-school bilingual education for ethnic minorities. From the functional perspective,pre-school bilingual education has important political,economic,educational,cultural and integration functions,which is widely reflected in all aspects of social life.From the perspective of teachers,there are still some problems in the number,structure,ability level and professional development of minority pre-school bilingual education teachers,so it is urgent to strengthen the cultivation and training of relevant teachers. From the perspective of teaching materials and curriculum resources,a system of teaching materials and curriculum resources that combines national curriculum,local curriculum and school-based curriculum has been constructed,which has enhanced the agreement among the teaching materials and curriculum resources and the traditional culture of ethnic minorities,the characteristics of physical and mental development of children of various ethnic groups and the reality of life. From the perspective of education model and system,the choice of pre-school bilingual education mode should vary from place to place,and modern information technology should be fully used to construct the pre-school bilingual education system in ethnic minorities.From the perspective of educational quality,it is necessary to take improving the quality of pre-school bilingual education for ethnic minorities as a complex systematic project,and adhering to the working concept and way of multi-point efforts and coordinated promotion.On the whole,the establishment of the discourse system,discipline system and academic system
