摘  要:针对当前我国高校留学生在信息素养教育方面存在的问题,提出高校外事主管部门、留学生所在院系应该主动配合图书馆,共同探索面向不同类型留学生的信息素养教育方法及其优化手段。尝试以留学生的现实信息需求为出发点,不断更新教学观念,设计最适合留学生群体的多样化、个性化信息素养教育策略,进而使信息素养知识成为留学生持续开阔知识视野、完善知识结构的有效认知工具,达成独立学习和终身学习的目标。Aiming at the existing problems in the information literacy education for the international students in colleges and universities in China,this paper puts forward that the foreign affairs department of universities and the department of foreign students should actively cooperate with the library.It explores information literacy education methods and optimization ways for different types of international students.From the perspective of the international students’real information needs,it continually updates teaching concept.It proposes diversified and personalized information literacy education strategies which are most suitable for international students,so as to make the information literacy knowledge to be an effective cognitive tool for them to continuously broaden their horizon and perfect their knowledge structure which will achieve the goal of independent learning and lifelong learning.
