“礼乐教化”思想于高职院校礼仪教育的价值

摘　　要：礼仪教育属于德性教育。传统的"礼乐教化"思想就是为了激发人的良善之性,让价值回归到道德的高地。"知乐则几于知礼矣",轻乐教造成了当前高职院校礼仪教育灵魂缺失的遗憾,故,研究重点指向如何汲取"礼乐教化"思想的养分,推己及人,有效地进行教育者与受教育者思想之间的对话,让受教育者从心底接受并认可德与技并重的理念,进一步引发出适宜的行为。Etiquette education belongs to moral education. The traditional thought of "ritual and music enlightenment"is to stimulate the good nature of people and let the value return to the high ground of morality. Therefore,the research focuses on how to draw the nutrients of the thought of"teaching etiquette and music",push people,effectively carry out the dialogue between the thoughts of the educator and the educatee,let the educatee accept from the bottom of my heart and accept the idea of equal emphasis on virtue and technology,and further lead to appropriate behavior.
