摘　　要：本文概述了情景判断测验及其在幼儿园教师评价中的应用。未来幼儿园教师评价情景判断测验应当建立起系统的研究体系,并与其他测验方法相结合;在情景判断测验的编制与分析方法上,多采用现代测量理论;将情景判断测验应用于幼儿园教师专业培训。This paper summarizes situational judgement tests and its application in the evaluation of kindergarten teachers.In future,situational judgement tests should establish research system of their own and combine with other test methods,and the tests should be based on modem evaluation theories and be applied in kindergarten teacher training.
