摘  要:为了丰富红小豆种质资源、优化育种进程,通过离子注入技术处理作物种子,使植株性状得到诱变,进而筛选出优良植株,是重要且有效的育种方法之一。采用田间试验的方法,研究不同的离子注入剂量对红小豆植株农艺性状及产量的影响。结果表明,低剂量(2×10^16个/cm^2)氮离子注入红小豆种子对红小豆的农艺性状及产量变异效果显著,其中,红小豆株高增加11.4%,单株荚数增加5.7%,百粒质量增加17.2%,小区产量增加42.8%。试验筛选出了处理红小豆的适宜剂量,使红小豆的生长潜力得到提升,产量得到一定的提高,对创制种质资源具有积极的作用。To enrich the germplasm resources of adzuki bean and optimize the breeding process,it is one of the important and effective breeding methods to treat the seeds of adzuki bean by ion implantation to mutagenize the plant characters and screen the excellent plants.Field experiments were conducted to study the effects of different ion implantation doses on agronomic traits and yield of adzuki bean in the paper.The results showed that the effects of low dose(2×10^16 N^+/cm^2)nitrogen ion implantation on agronomic traits and yield variation of adzuki bean were significant,the plant height increased by 11.1%,the pod number per plant increased by 5.7%,100 seed quality increased by 17.2%and the yield increased by 42.8%.In this experiment,the suitable ion implantation dosage of adzuki bean was screened out to improve the growth potential and yield of adzuki bean,which would have a positive effect on the creation of germplasm resources of azuki bean.
