摘  要:研究了(0~1)℃贮藏条件下1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)和乙烯吸收剂(EA)对阳丰甜柿采后生理及贮藏品质的影响。结果表明,1-MCP和EA均能抑制阳丰甜柿乙烯释放率和呼吸速率;延缓果皮亮度下降及果皮转红;保持果肉硬度和高的硬果率,至贮藏末期(84 d)果实硬度仍高于12 kg/cm^2,硬果率分别高达74.07%和81.48%;推迟了冷害发生,且贮藏84 d后的冷害指数分别为21.67和16.67。贮藏前期1-MCP保鲜效果稍好于EA处理,贮藏后期则相反。1-MCP和EA均能有效延缓阳丰甜柿果实衰老、改善贮藏品质。The effects of 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)and ethylene absorbent(EA)on postharvest physiology and storage quality of Youhou sweet persimmon at(0-1)℃were studied.The results showed that both 1-MCP and EA could inhibit the ethylene release rate and respiration rate of Youhou sweet persimmon,delay the decline of peel brightness and redness.Treatment groups could maintain the flesh hardness and high hard fruit rate,the fruit hardness both were higher than 12 kg/cm^2,and the hard fruit rate were as high as74.07%(1-MCP treatment)and 81.48%(EA treatment)at the end of storage(84 d),respectively.The occurrence of chilling injury was delayed,and the chilling injury index after 84 d of storage were 21.67(1-MCP treatment)and 16.67(EA processing),respectively.The comparison between the treatment groups found that the 1-MCP preservation effect was slightly better han EA treatment in the early storage period,but it was opposite in the later storage period.The research results show that both 1-MCP and EA can effectively delay the senescence and improve the storage quality of Youhou sweet persimmon fruit.
