基于微信的小儿推拿学翻转课堂教学模式探讨

摘　　要：小儿推拿的临床特点对小儿推拿学的教学提出了更高的要求。笔者在充分调研学情的情况下,教学中采用以微信为平台促进课上和课下教学相结合的翻转课堂教学模式,以“工作过程”为导向设计教学模块,通过典型案例引入临床工作情境进行分析和讲解,鼓励主动实践和研究生参与教学,以针对性的考评督促学习目标的完成。实践结果表明,小儿推拿学翻转课堂可有效利用有限的课堂时间完成教学目标,提高学生自主和合作学习的能力,有助于培养学生的临床思维和辨证施治能力,可迎合日益增高的教学需求。The course teaching of pediatric tuina is demanded more due to increasingly popular and complex clinical features of pediatric tuina.The authors applied the flipped classroom teaching method based on wechat,designed teaching parts and lectured classical cases guided by clinical works,encouraged graduates’participation in teaching and applied targeted evaluation during the course teaching of pediatric tuina.The results showed that flipped classroom teaching method of pediatric tuina course could effectively achieve teaching objectives,enhance students’independent and cooperative abilities,cultivate students’clinical thought and practice abilities,which cater to the increasing demand for teaching.
