扩招百万视域下对高职教育质量观的再审视

摘　　要：高职教育扩招战略实施以来,一直受到社会各界的关注,其中扩招学生的培养质量问题更是备受瞩目。基于高职扩招视角,根据扩招战略对人才培养质量提出的新要求,提出了优化高职教育人才培养质量的具体对策。从学校顶层设计、实施质量工程、建立多元质量评价机制多个角度对高职教育质量观进行了再审视,为实现质量型扩招提供现实指导路径。Since the implementation of the enrollment expansion strategy of higher vocational education,it has aroused concern from all walks of life,especially the cultivation quality of the students.From the perspective of the expansion of higher vocational education and the new requirements of the expansion strategy for talent cultivation quality,it puts forward specific countermeasures to optimize the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational education.This paper reexamines the quality view of higher vocational education from the perspectives of top-level design,the implementation of quality engineering and the establishment of multiple quality evaluation mechanism,which provides practical guidance for the realization of quality-oriented enrollment expansion.
