摘 要:评价研究应用运动营养摄取方案对大学生体质测评的影响。选择2018年度某校大三学生为样本,展开为期两个学期的实验调查。运用计算机随机抽取法从有意愿参与本研究的学生群体中抽取100例学生进行研究。应用随机双盲法将100例学生分为实验组(50例,常规指导+运动营养摄取方案)与对照组(50例,常规指导)。对比2组体质指数,维生素C含量,肺活量、立定跳远、耐力跑及格率与优良率。2组体重过低与肥胖情况差异无意义(P>0.05);实验组88.00%正常率高于对照组的54.00%正常率(P<0.05);实验组6.00%的体重过高率低于对照组24.00%的体重过高率(P<0.05)。2组维生素C含量充足率差异无意义(P>0.05);实验组68.00%正常率高于对照组的48.00%正常率(P<0.05);实验组14.00%的不足率低于对照组38.00%的不足率(P<0.05)。2组肺活量及格率、立定跳远及格率与优良率差异均无意义(P>0.05);实验组肺活量优良率、耐力跑及格率与优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。运动营养摄取方案下大学生体质测评结果更优异,这说明该方案具有提升大学生身体素质,保证大学生健康的作用。To evaluate the effect of exercise nutrition intake program on college students'physical fitness assessment.A two-semester experimental survey was conducted on the junior students of a school in 2018.Computer random selection method was used to select 100 students from the group of students who are willing to participate in this study.A total of 100 students were randomly divided into experimental group(50 cases,routine instruction+exercise nutrition intake program)and control group(50 cases,routine instruction).The two groups were compared in terms of body mass index,vitamin C content,lung capacity,standing long jump and endurance running.There was no significant difference between underweight and obesity in the 2 groups(P>0.05).The normal rate of 88.00%in the experimental group was higher than that of 54.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The excess weight rate of the experimental group was 6.00%lower than that of the control group 24.00%(P<0.05).The difference of vitamin C content adequacy ratio between the two groups was insignificant(P>0.05).The normal rate of 68.00%in the experimental group was higher than that of 48.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The deficiency rate of 14.00%in the experimental group was lower than that of 38.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The difference of lung capacity passing rate,standing long jump passing rate and excellent and good rate between the two groups was insignificant(P>0.05).The excellent and good rates of lung capacity, endurance running and excellent and good rates of the experimental group werehigher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The results of physical fitness assessment of college studentsare better under the exercise nutrition intake program, which indicates that the program can improve thephysical quality of college students and ensure their health.
