摘　　要：目的探讨继续教育课程设置改革对于影像科住院医师规范培训的功效。方法(1)通过学组的模式产生教学管理组,优化教师资源,最大限度提供最精良教学,每一学组为3名高级职称教师讲授理论课,3名中级职称教师带教实习课;(2)理论课教学将原本的教材通过多媒体教学的方式,融合病例分析、PACS读片等方式,提高学生影像层面的知识;学习课重点为PACS集体读片的研究、小组阅片探讨的模式和教师一对一练习强化的方式,带领学生落实交流学术;(3)建立完善的管理制度及考核模式;(4)定期对学生进行考核,对考核结果进行分析,评估课程设置的教学和培训成效。结果影像科住院医师规范化培训继续教育课程改革显著提升了住院医师规范化培训学员的临床能力。结论实施继续教育课程设置改革,完善继续教育课程体系对于影像科住院医师规范培训具备特别重大的功效。Objective To explore the effect of the curriculum reform of continuing education on the standardized training of residents in the imaging department.Methods(1)A teaching management group shall be formed in the form of academic groups to optimize teacher resources and provide the best teaching to the maximum.Each academic group shall provide theoretical courses for 3 teachers with senior professional titles and practice courses for 3 teachers with intermediate professional titles.(2)The teaching of theory courses is based on the original multimedia teaching of textbooks,combined with case analysis,PACS film reading and other means to deepen students'theoretical knowledge of video courses;The practice class is PACS reading discussion,group reading discussion,one-on-one intensive training with teachers,and lead students to participate in academic exchanges from time to time.(3)Establish a sound management system and assessment model;(4)Regularly assess students,analyze the assessment results,and evaluate the teaching and training effects of course setting.Results The curriculum system of standardized training for resident physicians in imaging department was established and improved.Conclusion The implementation of continuing education curriculum reform and the improvement of continuing education curriculum system play an important role in the standardized training of imaging department residents.
