摘　　要：罗树庚编写的《教师如何快速成长》由华东师范大学出版社于2018年6月出版。该书主要总结罗树庚自身从普通教师成长为名师的专业发展智慧,从内驱力、学习力、行动力、沟通力、研究力、反思力六个方面,明晰了教师快速成长必备的专业素养,剖析了教师如何从平凡走向优秀、从优秀走向卓越的过程。基于其自身教育体悟的专业成长解码,可以帮助职前教师或新手教师摆脱成长困境,突破成长瓶颈,成为高效能的教师。本文简介该书主要内容,同时提出简要评析和阅读建议。How Do Teachers Grow Rapidly written by Luo Shugeng was published by East China Normal University Press in June 2018.The book summarizes the author’s experience and wisdom of growing from an ordinary teacher to an expert in teaching.It clarifies the professional qualities necessary for teachers to grow rapidly and analyzes the process of growing from ordinary to excellent to expert in teaching from the six aspects—drive,learning,execution,communication,research,and reflection.Decoding professional growth,based on expert teachers’own educational experience,can help both pre-service teachers and novice teachers to overcome the dilemma and break through the growth bottleneck so they can become highly efficient teachers.This article introduces the main contents of the book and provides reading suggestions.
