名老中医研习《内经》之路探析

摘　　要：经典是中医之魂,《内经》是中医之根,总结《名老中医之路》中收录的97位名老中医学习《内经》的方法,对当今医者学习经典具有重要意义。通过对《名老中医之路》有关《内经》研读的329条条文的分析,将其方法总结如下:初识《内经》,要把握积极客观的态度;熟悉《内经》,要运用"一粗二细三记"的方法;掌握《内经》,要经历"诵解别明彰"的过程;实践《内经》,要具备理法统领方药的思维。青年中医当见贤思齐,借鉴传承名老中医的优秀经验,走好中医之路。Classics are the soul of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and Huangdi's Canon of Internal Medicine is the root of TCM.This paper summarizes the ways to learn Huangdi's Canon of Internal Medicine of 97 prominent TCM doctors included in Prominent Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors'Road of Success,which is of great significance for today's doctors to learn medical classics.Through the analysis of relevant 329 articles in Prominent Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors'Road of Success,the methods are summarized as follows:First,take a positive and objective attitude towards Huangdi's Canon of Internal Medicine when first get to know it.Second,browse,scrutinize and take notes,so as to be familiar with Huangdi's Canon of Internal Medicine.Third,understand Huangdi's Canon of Internal Medicine correctly by reciting the original text,reading the annotation,discriminating the essence,analyzing the sentence and make the meaning clear.Fourth,practice Huangdi's Canon of Internal Medicine by using the theory and method to guide the clinical prescription.Young doctors of TCM should emulate those better than themselves and inherit prominent TCM doctors'excellent experience,so as to achieve success in learning TCM.
