摘　　要：十九大报告首次提出培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人这一科学论断,这是党和国家基于实现中国梦的历史使命和顺应社会发展的时代主题作出的重要论述。这一崭新课题战略性地回答了新时代“培养什么样的人”的根本问题,是党领导人民在共创共建美好生活、圆梦民族伟大复兴征程中对内具时代精神、彰显时代魅力的社会主义建设者和接班人的强烈吁求,亦是新时代高校“立新德、树新人”的使命担当和价值皈依。理论自觉是实践自觉的逻辑前提,站在党和国家基业长青、薪火相传的战略高度,明确时代新人的时代意涵,明晰基本特质,探寻现实困境化解之道,指明实践路向具有重要的理论意义和时代价值。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first put forward the scientific judgment of cultivating new people of the times who are responsible for national rejuvenation,which is an important exposition made by the party and the state based on the historical mission of realizing the Chinese dream and conforming to the social development.This brand-new subject strategically answers the fundamental question of“who to train”in the new era.It is the strong appeal of the socialist builders and successors who have the spirit of the times and show the charm of the times in the journey of jointly creating a better life and realizing the dream of national rejuvenation under the leadership of the party,and it is also the mission and value orientation of“Establishing New Morality,Cultivating New Generation”for colleges and universities in the new era.Theoretical consciousness is the logical premise of practical consciousness.Standing at the strategic height that the party and the state have a long-standing foundation and good traditions are handed down from generation to generation with the aim to clarify the connotation of the new generation of the times,specify basic traits,and explore solutions to tide over the practical dilemmas,it points out the practical direction and therefore,has important theoretical significance and times value.
