摘  要:在回顾既往文献基础上,文章从系统动力学的角度对大学生劳动教育价值体认之形成进行模拟仿真和敏感度分析,研究结果表明:个体因素、社会因素、组织因素与价值体认形成存在较强的互动关系;入学两年半左右大学生劳动价值观形成进入相对稳定状态;个体因素中创造因子的影响力最大,幸福次之,人性最小;社会因素中主观规范因子的影响力大于道德规范;组织因素中组织激励因子的影响力大于劳动价值观。Based on the review of the previous literature,this paper makes a simulation and sensitivity analysis of college students’labor education value recognition formation from the perspective of system dynamics.The research results show that there is a strong interaction between individual factors,social factors,organizational factors and value recognition formation.The formation of college students’labor values in about two and a half years has entered a relatively stable state.Among the individual factors,the creative factor has the greatest influence,followed by happiness and human nature.The influence of subjective norms in social factors is greater than that of moral norms,and in organizational factors,the influence of organizational incentive factors is greater than that of labor values.
