摘  要:教学大纲是课程教学的行动指南,是保证人才培养目标达成的核心文档。为了满足新时代医药卫生行业对医学人才岗位胜任力的要求,完善医学类课程教学大纲已迫在眉睫。充分调研和深入分析现行课程教学大纲存在的问题,遵循OBE、学生为中心和持续改进的理念,以岗位胜任力为导向,提出以课时主题式结构编制教学大纲的建议,以期提高课程教学质量,进而提升医学人才培养质量。The syllabus is the action guide of the course teaching and the core document to guarantee the goal of talent training.Considering the requirements for the post competency of medical talents in the new era,it is urgent to perfect the medical syllabus.On the basis of full investigation and in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the current medical syllabus,following the concept of OBE-oriented,student-centered and continuous improvement,and taking the post competency as the guidance,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the formulation of theme-related syllabus in order to improve the teaching quality of the courses,and then enhance the quality of medical professional training.
