摘 要:多轴重型电驱车扭矩分配影响驱动电机工作点,对驱动系统效率及车辆续驶里程有着重要影响。提出了平均分配和基于规则分配的2种扭矩分配控制策略,建立了整车硬件在环试验平台,以电机工作效率和电池耗电量为评价指标,对2种策略进行对比分析。分析结果表明,基于规则的轴间扭矩分配策略能够优化驱动电机工作点,提高驱动系统效率,减小电池耗电量,提升车辆续驶里程,尤其在城市快速路循环工况中,整车空载百公里耗电量可降低14%。The torque distribution for multi-axles heavy duty electric vehicles influences the working points of driving motors,and thus has great influences on the total efficiency of the driving system.In this article,the equal distribution strategy and the rule-based distribution strategy were presented and the hardware-in-the-loop bench test was built.With the assessment criteria of the motor efficiency and electric power consumption,the two strategies were contrastive analyzed.Analysis results showed that the rule-based control strategy could optimize the working points of the driving motors and thus improve the total efficiency.The electric power consumption for one hundred kilometers can be decreased 14%for most,for the city quick speed cycle under no load condition.
