摘　　要：为适应“新工科”建设思想的要求,以提升食品科学与工程专业学生的创新能力为目标,将虚拟仿真技术引入教学,从理论教学模块、实验平台模块、专业实训模块和创新设计模块4个方面构建虚拟仿真教学与创新平台,旨在为食品科学与工程专业的实践教学和创新型人才培养提供新的方法与理念。In order to meet the requirements of the construction of the“emerging engineering education”and realize the goal of improving the innovation ability of students majoring in food science and engineering,the virtual simulation technology is introduced into the teaching.A virtual simulation teaching and innovation platform is constructed from four aspects,including theory teaching module,experimental platform module,professional training module and design innovation module,aiming at providing new methods and concepts for practical teaching and the cultivation of the innovative talents in food science and engineering major.
