高职创新型英语人才培养方案探析

摘　　要：为了实施素质教育,提高学生的竞争力,社会对高职教育提出了新要求——培养学生的创新能力。从更新教育观念、深化课程改革、加强实践教学、构建新的评价机制四个方面,阐述培养学生实践创新能力的目的和意义,并提出培养学生实践创新能力的新方案。In order to carry out quality education and improve the competitiveness of students,the society puts forward a new requirement for Higher Vocational Education to cultivate students’innovation ability.This paper expounds the purpose and significance of cultivating students’practical innovation ability from four aspects:renewing education concept,deepening curriculum reform,strengthening practical teaching and constructing new evaluation mechanism.And put forward a new plan to cultivate students'practical innovation ability.
