摘  要:氨基酸是构成蛋白质的基本结构单元,是人体必不可少的营养成分之一,而且在一些疾病的发生和发展中扮演着至关重要的角色。目前对于氨基酸的识别已有相关报道,但大多为碱性氨基酸的识别,而对酸性氨基酸的选择性识别还鲜有报道。本文主要利用紫外-可见吸收光谱及荧光光谱研究了5,10,15,20-四(4-氨基苯基)卟啉对酸性氨基酸的识别作用。研究表明,当加入中性氨基酸(色氨酸、苏氨酸)或碱性氨基酸(赖氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸)时,氨基卟啉的紫外和荧光信号并未发生变化;而加入酸性氨基酸(天冬氨酸、谷氨酸)后,氨基卟啉水溶液的紫外和荧光信号会发生明显的变化,且该现象可以通过裸眼进行比色识别。Amino acids are the basic structural units of proteins and nutrient for human body.Moreover,they play a vital role in the occurrence and development of some diseases.At present,the recognition/characterization/identification of amino acids has been reported,and mainly on basic amino acids.However,the specific/selective identification of acidic amino acids is rarely reported.In this study,the recognition of acidic amino acids by 5,10,15,20-tetra(4-aminophenyl)porphyrin was investigated using UV-Vis absorption and fluorescence spectra.Studies showed that the ultraviolet and fluorescent signals of amino porphyrin did not changed when neutral amino acids(tryptophan,threonine)or basic amino acids(lysine,arginine,histidine)were added.By contrast,the ultraviolet and fluorescence signals of the aqueous solution of amino porphyrin changed significantly after the addition of acidic amino acids(aspartic acid and glutamic acid).In addition,this phenomenon could be identified by the naked eye.
