摘 要:目的调查在中国试验推行“全球最低基本要求”的北京大学医学部在校学生对GMER认知情况。方法对医学生GMER认知现状进行问卷调查:结果:医学生对GMER知晓率为15%;医学生对GMER认可度以“职业价值、态度、行为和伦理”领域得分最高;在亟待提升的技能中,医学生选择“评判性思维能力”的人数百分比最高,将“与患者沟通方式”作为首位重要的亟待提高技能。结论:医学生对GMER知晓情况不容乐观,医学教育全球化离不开强大的学科支撑;医学生对GMER认可度普遍较高,呼唤着医学教育学学科范式的确立;医学生大卫生观亟待提升,对医学教育学的发展提出了更加迫切的学科建设需求。Objective To study the status of students’ cognition of "Global Minimum Essential Requirements"(GMER) in Peking University Health Science Center. Methods These students were surveyed with questionnaires. Data was analyzed with statistical software of SPSS16.0. Results These students’ awareness rate of GMER was 15%, in which the highest scores of approving to GMER were in "professional value, attitude, behavior and ethics". For the skills need to be improved urgently, most of them preferred to "critical thinking ability". And the first important and urgent skill need to be improved was "communicating with patients". Conclusion Students’ awareness of GMER is not optimistic. Globalization of medical education needs strong support from discipline construction. Students have generally high recognition of GMER, which is expecting the establishment of paradigm of medical education discipline. And the students’ macro health view needs to be improved, which puts forward the urgent need for the development of medical education discipline.
