摘　　要：有机化学课程是一门重要的专业基础课程,课程内容繁多,学习难度较大,为了更好的发挥学生学习的主动性与积极性,将传统教学中的"以教为主"转变为"以学为主",充分利用慕课和雨课堂平台,通过混合教学模式的实践与探索,使学生成为主体,取得较好的教学效果。Organic Chemistry is an important specialized basic course.It is full of contents and difficult to learn.In order to improve enthusiasm and learning initiative of students,the classroom teaching is transformed its focus from the"teacher-centered model"of the traditional teaching into"student-centered model".By using MOOC and rain classroom,the students become the main body of the process of teaching,and the effect is satisfactory by practicing and exploring of the blended teaching mode.
