摘  要:目的:探讨运用SP强化OSCE考试后医学生自我介绍和问诊内容中的一般项目问诊技能的效果。方法:将214名临床医学专业本科实习生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组(105人)除接受临床带教教师教学外,还要接受2次SP问诊模式的强化培训,对照组(109人)只接受传统的临床教师带教。结果:实习1年后再次进行OSCE考试发现,对照组和实验组的自我介绍和问诊内容中的一般项目成绩均有显著差异(P<0.05).结论:运用SP模式下的病史采集强化训练,有助于提高实习生医患沟通过程,培养其与患者首次见面时的自我介绍及一般项目问诊的临床能力。Objective:To explore the effect of SP on medical students'self-introduction and general item consultation skills after OSCE examination.Method:214 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine were randomly divided into the experimental group or the control group.In the experimental group(n=105),in addition to receiving clinical teachers,teaching,students received twice intensive training in SP interrogation mode,while in the control group(n=109),students only received traditional clinical teachers,teaching.Results:When the OSCE was administered again one year after the internship,significant differences were found between the control group and the experimental group in self-introduction and general item scores(P<0.05)Conclusion:The intensive training of medical history collection under SP mode is helpful to improve the communication process between interns and patients,and to develop their selfintroduction when they meet patients for the first time,as well as their clinical ability in general project consultation.
