摘　　要：文章首先简要介绍了HACCP体系的应用情况和其在自来水生产、输送过程中应用的重要性,接着概括了其在给水厂净水生产和管网系统输送方面涉及的流程环节、危害分析、关键控制点、预防纠偏措施,最后就HACCP体系建设和实施过程中的注意点进行了说明,以期为采用该风险管控体系的水司提供一些借鉴。Firstly,this paper introduces briefly the application situation of HACCP system and its application in production and transportation of tap water,then briefly summarizes its processes,hazard analysis,key control points and preventive corrective measures in water purification production and pipeline transportation system transportation.Finally,it points out key points for attention during construction and implementation of HACCP system are described,in order to provide some reference for water supply company to adopt this risk control system.
