摘  要:该次研究为了提高肿瘤内科实习学生的理论和实际能力,以恶性黑色素瘤这一疾病作为研讨病例,采取在临床教学中引入MDT教学模式联合CBL、PBL的教学方式,通过带教医生帮助,促使实习学生从网络学习、采集样本等亲自了解患者、丰富基础知识得出初步诊断等方式逐渐加深课题认识。且该模式的应用有助于实习生更牢靠掌握医学知识,培养临床思维能力,提高专业英语实际应用能力,值得进一步探索和推广。In this study,in order to improve the theoretical and practical ability of the internship students in the department of internal medicine oncology,the disease of malignant melanoma was used as the medical record,and the teaching method of MDT combined with CBL and PBL was adopted in clinical teaching,to encourage intern students to learn about patients personally from online learning,collecting samples,and enrich basic knowledge to obtain preliminary diagnosis.The model helps interns to more firmly grasp medical knowledge,cultivate clinical thinking ability,and improve the practical application ability of professional English.It is worthy of further exploration and promotion.
