摘  要:目的分析总结结核科新上岗护士的带教情况。方法选取2017年5月-2019年5月共120名该院结核科的新上岗护士作为该次研究对象,按不同的教学模式分组,划分成各60名患者的对照组以及实验组,两组患者情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组新上岗护士进行带教的方式主要是常规教学方法,而将阶段式教学方法应用到实验组新上岗护士的带教中。比较两组新上岗护士的考核成绩和新上岗护士对带教方式的满意度以及对两组新上岗护士的满意度。分析它们教学要点及其结果。结果实验组新上岗护士的考核成绩高于对照组实习护士,差异有统计学意义(t=9.150、6.790、13.170,P<0.05);相较于对照组的新上岗护士而言,实验组新上岗护士具有更高的带教方式满意程度,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.620,P<0.05);患者对实验组新上岗护士的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.370,P<0.05)。结论采用阶段式教学方法对新上岗护士进行教学,可以提高新上岗护士的考核成绩和相应技能,提高新上岗护士对带教方式的满意度,提高患者对新上岗护士的满意度,阶段式教学方法在临床对新上岗护士的带教中具有推广价值。Objective To analyze and summarize the teaching experience of new nurses in the tuberculosis department.Methods A total of 120 new nurses from the tuberculosis department of the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects.by different teaching modes,they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 patients each.In the control group and the experimental group,there was no significant difference in the situation of the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The teaching method of newly recruited nurses in the control group was mainly the conventional teaching method,and the staged teaching method was applied to the teaching of newly recruited nurses in the experimental group.Compare the assessment results of the two groups of newly recruited nurses,the satisfaction of the newly recruited nurses with the teaching method,and the satisfaction the two groups of newly recruited nurses.Analyze their teaching points and their results.Results The assessment scores of the newly recruited nurses in the experimental group were higher than those of the intern nurses in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.150,6.790,13.170,P<0.05);compared with the newly recruited nurses in the control group,the newly recruited nurses in the experimental group,which have a higher degree of satisfaction with teaching methods,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.620,P<0.05);patients were more satisfied with the new nurses in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=11.370,P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the staged teaching method to teach newly recruited nurses can improve the assessment results and corresponding skills of newly recruited nurses,increase the satisfaction of newly recruited nurses with the teaching method,and increase the satisfaction of patients with newly recruited nurses.Staged teaching method has promotion value in the clinical teaching of new nurses.
