摘 要:目的研究院校合作型教学与经验学习法在护理临床教学中的应用价值。方法于2018年9月-2019年9月选择46名实习护生为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对比组,对实验组实施院校合作型教学与经验学习法教学,对照组学生接受常规模式教学,总结院校合作型教学与经验学习法教学模式的先进性。结果比较两组学生对教学方法的满意度情况,结果显示实验组学生对教学工作的满意度达到了100.00%,对照组学生对教学方法的满意度为73.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时比较两组学生的考核结果,发现实验组学生的理论评分、操作评分、综合素质评分分别为(91.26±1.96)分、(90.47±2.15)分、(93.13±1.02)分,相关数据与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理临床教学期间,采用院校合作型教学与经验学习法可以取得满意效果。Objective To study the application value of cooperative teaching and experiential learning in colleges and universities in clinical nursing teaching.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,46 interns were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and comparison group.The experimental group were taught by college cooperative teaching and experiential learning methods.The control group received regular mode teaching.The advanced nature of the school cooperative teaching and experience learning method teaching mode.Results Comparing the two groups of students’satisfactions with teaching methods,the results showed that the experimental group’s students’satisfaction with teaching work reached 100.00%,while the control group’s students’satisfaction with teaching methods was 73.91%.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparing the assessment results of the two groups of students at the same time,it was found that the theoretical score,operational score,and comprehensive quality score of the experimental group were(91.26±1.96)points,(90.47±2.15)points,and(93.13±1.02)points,respectively.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the nursing clinical teaching period,the use of cooperative teaching and experiential learning methods can achieve satisfactory results.
