茶油胃管注入联合腹部按摩对成人不完全性肠梗阻的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究茶油胃管注入联合腹部按摩对成人不完全性肠梗阻的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2020年3月于本院接受治疗的不完全性肠梗阻患者50例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各25例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行茶油胃管注入联合腹部按摩治疗。比较两组临床效果、治疗指标、治疗前后疼痛评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的64.00%(P<0.05)。观察组肛门排气时间、腹痛消失时间及肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue score,VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:茶油胃管注入联合腹部按摩在成人不完全性肠梗阻治疗中效果确切,可有效缩短肛门排气时间、腹痛消失时间及肠鸣音恢复时间,有助于减轻患者痛苦,促进预后恢复,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of tea oil gastric tube injection combined with abdominal massage on incomplete intestinal obstruction in adults.Method:A total of 50 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction treated in our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with tea oil gastric tube injection combined with abdominal massage on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,treatment index,pain score before and after treatment and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.00%,it was higher than 64.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The time of anal exhaust,the time of abdominal pain disappearing and the time of bowel sound recovering in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,visual analogue score(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tea oil gastric tube injection combined with abdominal massage is effective in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction in adults,it can effectively shorten the time of anal exhaust,the time of abdominal pain disappearing and the time of bowel sound recovering,which is worth of promoting and applying.
