摘  要:目的针对TBL教学法在急危重症护理临床教学中的应用进行深入的探讨与分析。方法该次研究主要选取该院60名急危重症护理新护士为对象,以教学方式的不同将其平均分为两组,即对照组与实验组。其中,对照组急危重症护理新护士所采用的教学方式为传统教学法,而实验组则在在传统教学法的基础上进行了优化,选取了TBL教学法,对比两组新护士的各项操作成绩。结果实验組新护士的理论与操作成绩比对照组新护士高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、评判性思维的自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选用TBL教学法可以有效改善新护士对新环境的适应时间,从而提升新护士对临床实践中的适用能力,增强评判性思维能力,提高教学质量,达到良好的临床效果。Objective To conduct an in-depth discussion and analysis of the application of TBL teaching method in clinical teaching of emergency and critical care nursing.Methods This study mainly selected 60 new nurses in emergency and critical care in the hospital as subjects,and then divided them into two groups evenly according to different teaching methods,namely the control group and the experimental group.Among them,the teaching method adopted by the new nurses in emergency and critical care in the control group was the traditional teaching method,while the experimental group was optimized on the basis of the traditional teaching method.The TBL teaching method was selected to compare the two groups of new nurses of operational results.Results The theoretical and operational performance of the new nurses in the experimental group was higher than that of the new nurses in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-confidence,curiosity,and cognitive maturity in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The selection of TBL teaching method can effectively improve the adaption time of new nurses to the new environment,thereby enhancing the adaptability of new nurses in clinical practice,enhancing critical thinking ability,improving teaching quality,and achieving good clinical results.
