美国体育对新移民“美国人”身份的二元构建及其经验启示

摘　　要：从文化认同的角度,分析了美国体育对多民族国家不同族裔群体的身份认同作用。研究发现,在政治身份美国化和文化身份族裔化的二元构建中,体育运动将不同族裔背景的群体纳入统一的国家生活中,完成政治上的国家认同,但各具特色的族裔传统体育也强化了族裔意识。通过美国体育的经验可以看出,体育的国家认同功能有助于各族裔增强国家意识和政治文化认可,而太具鲜明族裔特色的体育团体和项目则会增强族裔身份认知,强化内部认可和外部排他性,不利于整个国家文化凝聚力的延续。强化体育的国家认同功能,加强族裔群体对国家主流体育项目的参与,有利于保持文化多元的前提下强化文化凝聚力和国家认同。The paper analyzes the functions of American sports on the identity of different ethnic groups in multi-ethnic countries from the perspective of cultural identity.It is found that in the dual construction of Americanization of political identity and ethnicization of cultural identity,sports brings groups of different ethnic backgrounds into unified national life and complete political national identity.But the traditional ethnic sports with their own characteristics also strengthened the ethnic consciousness.From the experience of American sports,we can see that the national identity function of sports helps all ethnic groups to enhance national consciousness and political and cultural recognition,while sports groups and projects with distinct ethnic characteristics will enhance ethnic identity cognition and strengthen internal recognition and external exclusivity,which is not conducive to the continuation of cultural cohesion throughout the country.The paper proposes to strengthen the national identity function of sports and strengthen the participation of ethnic groups in the mainstream sports,which are conducive to strengthening cultural cohesion and national identity under the premise of maintaining cultural diversity.
