摘  要:教师的支持是翻转课堂教学模式成功从理论走向实践的关键。X大学基于SPOC的大学英语翻转课堂实践证明:由于错误理解课程概念、角色转换困难和利益受损,教师往往对翻转课堂产生抵触情绪,其阻碍行为以各种形式体现在教学中。为了推动翻转课堂的良性发展,需要正视教师阻力,可考虑鼓励教师在实践中优化新课堂、支持教师参加教学研修以及重新构建利益分配等措施。Teachers’support is the key to the successful implementation of Flipped Class Model.A case study of a SPOC-Based College English Flipped Classroom in X University indicats that teachers show resistance to the curriculum reform due to misreading the course concept,difficulty in role transformation and conflicts in individual interests.The specific forms of resistance can be found in teaching practice.To ensure a smooth development of the Flipped Class Model,the measures like improving teaching methods in practice,supporting advanced study and training as well as redistributing benefits should be taken into consideration.
