摘  要:目的系统性评价P53的表达及突变与人卵巢上皮性肿瘤关系。方法检索中国知网、PubMed中英文数据库中,有关P53的表达及突变与人卵巢上皮性肿瘤关系的病例-对照研究,对选用的研究进行质量评价,提取相关数据,最后应用Rev Man 5.3统计学软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入8篇病例-对照研究,共670例患者。Meta分析结果显示,卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤中P53的表达明显比正常卵巢组织和卵巢上皮良性肿瘤组织高;卵巢上皮交界性肿瘤中P53的表达明显高于卵巢上皮良性肿瘤组织而低于卵巢上皮恶性肿瘤组织,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论P53可能参与了卵巢癌发生发展的过程,并可能成为卵巢癌治疗的潜在靶点。Objective To systematically evaluate the expression and mutation of p53 in human ovarian epithelial tumors.Methods A case-control study on the relationship between p53 expression and mutation and human ovarian epithelial tumor was retrieved from CNKI and PubMed databases.The quality of the selected studies was evaluated,and the relevant data were extracted.Finally,a meta-analysis was performed using Rev man 5.3 statistical software.Results Eight case-control studies involving 670 patients were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that the expression of p53 in ovarian epithelial malignant tumor was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissue and benign ovarian epithelial tumor tissue.The expression of p53 in ovarian epithelial borderline tumor was significantly higher than that in ovarian epithelial benign tumor tissue,but lower than that in ovarian epithelial malignant tumor tissue,the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion P53 may be involved in the development of ovarian cancer,and may become a potential target for the treatment of ovarian cancer.
