基于OBE理念动画人才培养方案设计研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济的转型,经济不断向高端和高质量方向发展,对人才的质量也有了更高要求,因此,教育部2018年9月17日出台文件要求加快建立高水平人才培养体系,以学生为中心,成效导向,持续改进,全面提高高校的人才培养能力,建立高水平人才培养体系,我国的动画产业,经过了将近20年的高速发展,由原来的规模需求转变成了质量的需求,人才的需求也跟着改变,动画人才培养体系的建立也是我们所有动画专业急需探索要解决的问题,文章从本校的实际实施出发,进行这方面的探讨。The transformation of China's economy has resulted in continuous high-end and high-quality development of its economy and higher requirements for the quality of talents,therefore,the Ministry of Education issued a document on September 17,2018 to speed up the establishment of a high-level talent training system.The system is student-centered and effectiveness-oriented to achieve a continuous and comprehensive improvement of the talent training ability of the colleges and universities andform a high-level talent training system.China's animation industry,after nearly 20 years of high-speed development,has changed from its original demand in scale into the present demand in quality,its demand in talents also changed.Consequently,the establishment of animation talent training system is also a problem for all our animation majors that is urgent to be explore and solved.This paper carries out discussion in this aspect from the actual implementation of our university.
