困境解构:研究生生源质量保障路径探析

摘　　要：研究生生源质量作为研究生教育的起点质量,对研究生培养结果具有重要的影响作用。对研究生生源质量现状进行回顾和反思,可以发现,促进研究生生源质量提升的路径在于本科教育和研究生教育的有效衔接。为了提高我国高水平人才培养的连续性及有效性,不仅需要建立完善的招生选拔机制,还需重新反思本科教育中的人才培养目标。以36所"双一流"建设高校研究生招生简章为样本进行文本分析,进而生成研究生生源素质量表。量表显示,提升研究生生源质量,应以明确大学发展生态位、改革现行人才培养方式、完善研究生招生选拔制度三方面为抓手。As the starting point of graduate education,the source quality of graduate students has an important influence on the results of graduate education.The review of and reflection on its current situation find that the effective connection between undergraduate education and graduate education is the way to promote the quality of graduate student sources.In order to improve the continuity and effectiveness of high-level talent training in China,it is not only necessary to establish a sound recruitment and selection mechanism,but also to rethink the goal of talent training in undergraduate education.In view of this,a textual analysis is conducted of the enrollment brochures of 36"Double First-class"universities and a quality scale of graduate students sources is formulated.The scale shows that the promotion of graduate students source quality should start from clarifying the ecological niche of university development,reforming the current talent training mode and perfecting the system of postgraduate recruitment and selection.
