摘　　要：完善的农村义务教育财政体制对实现义务教育均衡化发挥着关键作用。该文通过梳理21世纪以来国家义务教育财政政策,了解我国农村义务教育财政体制发展状况,探究其中存在的问题,为我国农村义务教育财政体制的改革创新提出建议。The perfect rural compulsory education financial system plays a key role in achieving the balance of compulsory education.Through combing the national compulsory education financial policy since the 21st century,we can understand the development of our country's rural compulsory education financial system,explore its existing problems,and make suggestions for the reform and innovation of our country's rural compulsory education financial system.
