摘　　要：[目的]对‘白仙女’(Oncidium‘White Fairy’)、‘百万金币’(O.sweet suger‘million dollars’)、‘野猫’(O.colmanara‘Wild Cat’)、‘红香水’(O.sharry Baby‘Sweet Fragrance’)、‘南茜’(O.‘Gower Ramsey’)、‘红梦香’(O.twink‘Red Fair’)等6种文心兰的挥发性成分进行鉴定.[方法]采用气质联用仪(GC-MS)进行挥发性成分测定,并通过峰面积归一法分析各组分含量.[结果]从‘白仙女’‘百万金币’‘野猫’‘红香水’‘南茜’和‘红梦香’中分别鉴定出33、11、12、12、15、9种挥发性物质,分别占总挥发性物质的71.7%、23.9%、26.1%、26.1%、32.6%、19.6%.6个文心兰品种挥发性物质可划分为酮类、醛类、萜烯类、醇类、烷烃类和其他等6大类香气成分.其中,‘红梦香’醛类含量最高,其他品种均以醛类和萜烯类为主.[结论]从6个文心兰品种中共检测出46种挥发性物质,各品种共有的挥发性成分仅Benzaldehyde、Cyclotetrasiloxane,octamethyl-和Cyclopentasiloxane,decamethyl-等3种;文心兰香气成分虽不尽相同,但其含量均以醛类和萜烯类占比最高.[Purpose]To identify the volatile components of six Oncidium hybridum varieties,namely,O.‘White Fairy’,O.sweet suger‘million dollars’,O.colmanara‘Wild Cat’,O.sharry Baby‘Sweet Fragrance’,O.‘Gower Ramsey’,and O.twink‘Red Fair’.[Method]GC-MS was used to identify of volatile components,and the content of each component was analyzed by the peak area normalization method.[Result]33,11,12,12,15,and 9 volatile components were identified from O.‘White Fairy’,O.sweet su-ger‘million dollars’,O.colmanara‘Wild Cat’,O.sharry Baby‘Sweet Fragrance’,O.‘Gower Ramsey’,and O.twink‘Red Fair’respectively,accounting for 71.7%,23.9%,26.1%,26.1%,32.6%,and 19.6%of the total volatile components,respectively.Volatile substances can be classified into six major types,including ketones,aldehydes,terpenes,alcohols,alkanes,and others.O.twink‘Red Fair’contained the highest content of aldehydes,while volatile components from other varieties were mainly composed of aldehydes and terpenes.[Conclusion]A total of 46 volatile substances were detected from the six Oncidium varieties,of which only three were common,namely,Benzaldehyde,Cyclotetrasiloxane,octamethyl-and Cyclopentasiloxane,decamethyl-.Although the aroma composition of Oncidiumis not the same,but the highest proportion is composed of aldehydes and terpenes.
