摘  要:目的了解辽宁沈阳地区海洋产品中副溶血性弧菌的污染情况,建立副溶血性弧菌的多位点可变数量串联重复序列分析(MLVA)分子分型数据库,提高副溶血性弧菌的检测和防控能力。方法采集2011年-2017年沈阳及周边各地区历年来食源监测样品中副溶血性弧菌阳性菌株33株,利用PCR方法,结合毛细管电泳,对样品选择VPTR1、VPTR2、VPTR3、VPTR4、VPTR5、VPTR6以及VPTR7,7个位点进行副溶血性弧菌MLVA分型进行具体分型。结果本实验检测食品样品151份,检出阳性菌株33株,总检出率为21.85%。按VNTR基因分型及聚类,分成A(7株)、B(5株)和C(6株)三大聚类,分别占比38.9%、27.8%和33.3%。结论副溶血性弧菌MLVA分型呈较好的多态性。Objective To understanding the pollution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in marine products in Shenyang,Liaoning,and establish a MLVA molecular typing database for Vibrio parahaemolyticus surveillance,so as to improve the ability to detect and control Vibrio parahaemolyticus.Methods Thirty-three Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains were collected from food source monitoring samples in Shenyang and surrounding areas from 2011 to 2017,and VPTR1,VPTR2,VPTR3,VPTR4,VPTR5,VPTR6 and VPTR7 were selected for MLVA typing by using PCR method and capillary electrophoresis.Results In this experiment,151 food samples were tested,and 33 strains were positive,with a total detection rate of 21.85%.According to VNTR genotype and clustering,the three clusters were divided into A(7 strains),B(5 strains)and C(6 strains),accounting for38.9%,27.8%and 33.3%.Conclusion MLVA typing of Vibrio parahaemolyticus showed polymorphism.
