PCMC教学法在普通外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价PCMC教学法在中医院校普通外科住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果,探索中医院校普通外科规培教学的新思路。方法选取参加住院医师规范化培训(以下简称为"规培")的住院医师作为研究对象,共60人,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组30人。对照组采用临床传统教学方法(以查房为主的教学方式),试验组采用PCMC教学方法,经过1个月的规培后,在出科考核中,对所有医师的理论知识成绩、临床操作成绩以及在普通外科规培中的满意度问卷调查结果进行分析和评价。结果在中医院校普通外科的规培中,PCMC教学法比传统教学法更能提高住院医师的理论知识、临床操作水平等综合能力,并且能获得更好的满意度。结论在普通外科的规培中,PCMC教学法比传统教学法有着更显著的教学效果,值得在中医院校的规培中推广。Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of PCMC teaching method in the standardized training of general surgical residents in Chinese medicine colleges and universities,and to explore new ideas for the teaching of general surgery in Chinese medicine colleges.Methods Selected 2015.09~2016.06 In my department to participate in the standardized training of residents(hereinafter referred to as "regulation") of resident residents as the study object,a total of 60,randomly divided into control groups and test groups,each group of 30. The control group adopted the traditional clinical teaching method(the classroom-based teaching method),the test group adopted the PCMC teaching method,after 1 month of training,in the examination of the theoretical knowledge of all physicians,clinical operation results and satisfaction survey results in general surgery training analysis and evaluation.Results In the general surgery of Chinese medicine colleges,PCMC teaching method can improve the general ability of resident’s theoretical knowledge and clinical operation level,and can get better satisfaction than the traditional teaching method.Conclusion In the standard training of general surgery,the PCMC teaching method has more significant teaching effect than the traditional teaching method,which is worth popularizing in the standard training in Chinese medicine colleges and universities.
