摘 要:目的比较3D解剖结合动物实体模型与传统解剖在外科教学中的教学效果,建立一种新的有效的外科培养模式。方法选择北京中医药大学2015届和2016届外科研究生作为培养对象,随机分为两组,采用传统外科教学模式为A组,采用3D解剖教学为B组,通过调查问卷观察学生对教学模式认可度及学习兴趣,学期结束,进行理论考试及实践技能考核,观察两组学生成绩,并通过带教老师评分分析评价两组教学模式的学生课堂学习兴趣及教学效果。结果3D解剖结合动物实体模型教学组的学生理论及实践技能考核成绩分别为(89.25±6.71)分和(93.00±5.42)分,传统外科教学组成绩分别(74.95±8.96)分和(89.25±6.71)分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论3D解剖结合动物实体模型教学模式较传统教学模式可以有效提高学生的学习兴趣、有较高的学生认可度,取得较好的教学效果。Objective To compare the teaching effect of 3D teaching with animal models with traditional teaching mode in surgical teaching and establish a new effective mode of students’ surgical training.Methods Choose the students of 2015 and 2016 of surgical system in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as the train subjects and divide them randomly into two groups. To train their surgical skills by using traditional surgical teaching mode and 3 D teaching combined with animal model. Using the questionnaires to observe the students’ agreement and interest to the mode of teaching. At the end of the semester we observe the students’ scores by holding the theoretical tests and practical skills assessments and analysis the interest in classroom of the two groups students of teaching models and teaching evaluation by teaching teachers’ scores.Results The theoretical and practical skills examination scores of students trained by 3 D teaching combined with animal model teaching were 89.25±6.71,93±5.42,the scores of students trained by traditional surgical teaching theory were 74.95±8.96,89.25±6.71,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with the traditional surgical teaching model,the combination of 3 D teaching and animal model can effectively improve students’ interests in learning,also has higher students’ acceptance and can achieve better teaching results.
