摘 要:目的建立鉴定并分析白扁豆不同部位的挥发性成分及差异的气相色谱-质谱联用技术。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白扁豆、白扁豆花、白扁豆皮的药效成分并进行分析,结合质谱数据库及文献报道鉴定其挥发性成分。结果白扁豆3个部位挥发性成分中鉴定出脂肪酸及其酯、酮、醇、醚、烃、杂环化合物等。在白扁豆中发现10种挥发性成分,鉴定出7种化学成分;在白扁豆花中发现20种挥发性成分,鉴定出17种化学成分;在白扁豆皮中发现20种挥发性成分,鉴定出15种化学成分。结论白扁豆及其扁豆花、扁豆皮中挥发性成分类别差异较大,其数量及含量也大不相同,可为其挥发性成分的开发利用提供科学依据。Objective To establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method for the identification and analysis of volatile components and their differences in different parts of Dolichos lablab.Methods The effective components of the seed,flower and seed-coat of Dolichos lablab were extracted by steam distillation and analyzed.The volatile components were identified by mass spectrometry detector and literature reports.Results Fatty acids and their esters,ketones,alcohols,ethers,hydrocarbons and heterocyclic rings were identified from the volatile components in the three parts of Dolichos lablab.Totally 10 volatile components were found in the seed of Dolichos lablab,and 7 chemical components were identified.Totally 20 volatile components were found in the flower of Dolichos lablab,and 17 chemical components were identified.Totally 20 volatile components were found in the seed-coat of Dolichos lablab,and 15 chemical components were identified.Conclusion The types of volatile components in the three parts of Dolichos lablab are quite different,and their quantity and content are also quite different,which can provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of volatile components in the seed,flower and seed-coat of Dolichos lablab.
