摘  要:采用组分输运模型和RNG k-ε湍流模型,对SCR脱硝系统中Delta Wing装置的气体混合特性进行了模拟研究。通过变量的无量纲化,考查了不同结构、钝体堵塞比、雷诺数对气体混合效果的影响,并以变异系数作为评价混合性能的指标进行了定量分析。数值方法由圆孔侧喷实验进行了验证。结果表明:在距离喷嘴下游h/D大于2的位置,钝体设置能明显改善气体的混合不均现象;钝体堵塞比高于0.5,绕流钝体流场由非稳态转换为稳态,有利于气相流场的稳定流动和设备的稳定运行;随着堵塞比的增大,混合段长度缩短,但会造成阻力损失增加;钝体堵塞比为0.7时,Re数的升高会延长漩涡影响范围,增大气体混合的不均匀性。The gas mixing characteristics of the Delta Wing mixing device in SCR denitration system was simulated by using the RNG k-εmodel and the component transport model.The effects of different structures,blocking ratio of bluff body,and Reynolds number on the gas mixer were examined through the non-dimensionalization of variables,and the coefficient of variation was used as the index to evaluate the mixing performance for quantitative analysis.Correctness of the numerical method was verified through the hole-side-spray experimental data.The results showed that at the location of h/D>2 downstream of the nozzle,the devices with bluff bodies can significantly improve gas mixing uniformity.When the blockage ratio of the bluff body was bigger than 0.5,the flow field around bluff bodies transformed from unsteady state to steady state,which was conducive to the steady flow of the gas flow field and the stable operation of the equipment.As the blockage ratio increased,the length of the mixing section was shortened,but the resistance loss would increase.When the blockage ratio of bluff body was 0.7,the increase of Re number would extend the influence scope of the vortex,and increase the unevenness of gas mixing.
